I cannot say good enough things about The Collective. What started as a "for fun, frame of reference" appointment ended with me finding THE dress. I got the absolute pleasure of working with Bri, who is such a rock star. She took all my likes and dislikes about dresses my crew & I picked out and found me the dress of my dreams. Cheryl was there to be a wonderful hype lady and assist my clutzy self getting up and down off the podium. All three really helped bring the vision to life by matching a beautiful veil and gloves, letting me hold a bouquet to match and see myself as a bride. What should I wear to my bridal appointment & how long are bridal appointments?

We suggest wearing nude undergarments for the best try-on experience. While not required, light makeup and styled hair can help you better envision your wedding day look. Bridal appointments are reserved for two hours. While that time frame allows for a relaxed and focused experience, there is no rush if you need a little extra time. Our priority is that you feel confident, celebrated, and unrushed during your visit.

Do I need an appointment to try on gowns & who should I bring to my appointment?

Yes — appointments are recommended to ensure one-on-one attention with a bridal consultant. Bring your biggest cheerleaders — the friends and family who know you best and will offer loving, constructive feedback. Keep in mind that more opinions aren’t always better. A smaller, supportive group often creates the most positive experience.

What types of gowns & designers do you carry?

We offer a thoughtfully curated collection of budget-friendly gowns in sizes 0–30. Our styles include timeless, modern, romantic, and classic silhouettes.

All gowns in our boutique are priced at $1,700 or below, with an average price of $900. Each piece is selected to help you express your unique story and style.

Do you offer sizing guidance and alterations & can I place special orders?

Yes. Our consultants provide expert sizing recommendations and guide you through the alterations process to ensure your gown fits beautifully. While alterations are not completed in-house, we are happy to connect you with our trusted tailoring partner.

Yes. Select gowns and accessories are available for special order. During your appointment, your stylist will walk you through timelines, customization options, and ordering details.

Do you offer private or after-hours appointments?

Yes — we offer exclusive private and after-hours experiences for brides wanting a more intimate celebration.

The private appointment fee is $150 and includes:

• Charcuterie snack board
• Sparkling juice
• Refreshments
• Dedicated, uninterrupted styling time

Availability is limited, so early scheduling is encouraged.

When should I book my event?

We recommend 2-3 months prior, when possible. We are able to work on much shorter timelines, but to secure your desired date we do suggest planning ahead.

What is included with my rental?

We provide white folding chairs, tables, and linens to accommodate 30 guests. Early access for set up, kitchenette use, add-on experiences available, designed for your vision, daily/hourly/per guest pricing available, hosting assistants, outdoor vendors allowed.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due by the start of your event.

What policies should I know about before booking?

Please note the following:

-50% non-refundable deposit due to secure your date.

Full Balance is due by the Start Time of your event.

Many services/items included in our rental agreement, please see “What is included with my rental?” Question above.

No event will start prior to 6 a.m. or last longer than 9:30 p.m.

Service Animals are the only permitted animals on the premises.

We are a no-smoking/vaping facility.

Clean-up fee may be assessed for failure to tidy space adequately (trash, personal belongings removed, etc.).

Alternatively, a clean-up service can be added to your rental.

Can I tour the event space before booking?

Yes! We love to show our space and help bring your vision to life. Simply submit the Event Request Form or call us at 859-376-2192 to begin your event!
